Adult Formation Hour

We offer an adult Christian Formation Class from September through May at 9:30 a.m. in the Hospitality Room. The class considers a wide variety of topics, from current church issues, to studies of specific books of the Bible.

Godly Play

Based on the Montessori Method, Godly Play teaches children in grades Pre-K - 2nd through the art of play. The use of religious language, parable, sacred story, liturgical actions and music and crafts helps the children become more fully aware of the mystery of God's presence in their lives. “Classes held September through May.”

Holy Moly

HOLY MOLY is a fun and informative program for grades 3-5 that features stories about famous characters in the Bible. Featuring videos and fun activities, this program will build on stories that the children have learned in Godly Play. They will get to know many of the famous figures of the Bible. “Classes held September through May.”

Education for Ministry
(EfM)

EfM is a college-level distance learning theological education program of the School of Theology of the University of the South in Sewanee Tennessee. Participants commit one year at a time to meet regularly in seminars led by a trained mentor. Completion of the program takes four years during which participants study the Bible, church history, and twentieth century theology. St. Aidan's is proud to offer 2 EfM classes during the year, on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. For information on St. Aidan's EfM program contact meinicketa@aol.com or peg-robfanney@verizon.net

EYC Youth Group

For youth in grades 7-12.  EYC provides time for fellowship and spiritual growth opportunities for youth to form a community committed to living out the words of our baptismal covenant.  EYC members participate in small group discussions, service, games and outings (geo-caching, skating, etc.)   Activities run September through June.

Men's Spirituality

The Men's Spirituality Group, an ongoing study group, meets throughout the year on the first and third Satudays of each month at 9:30 am. One of its core elements is to awaken our ultimate nature through a deep discussion of selected spiritual literature.
